I’m a Toronto-based mindfulness facilitator, speaker, and coach helping ambitious yet overwhelmed professionals, organizations and students turn stress into strength.
With over 20 years immersed in meditation, yoga, fitness and breathwork—and a personal story of resilience through devastating loss—I teach that true self-love isn’t indulgence, it’s discipline.
My work bridges psychology, spirituality, and corporate communications to deliver tools that are practical, science-backed, and life-changing.
In 2018 I became a widow just 11 days after giving birth, leaving me a single Mom of 3 under 5. For years to come I was overwhelmed, overstimulated, underslept and stressed-out. Grief became my teacher and Mindfulness became my tool for transformation.
